I’ve worked in all aspects and have raced or been part of it in some way. Today I feel like the industry is as gnarly as it’s ever been. The commitment to get to the next level is absurd. Sherry Burkhart | Personal Trainer and Health Coach My name is Sherry Burkhart and I am a certified personal trainer and health coach with the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I have been training with amateur motocross kids since January of 2013. My focus in the gym is on strength, endurance, and flexibility. We stretch after every warmup in the morning and after every workout in the afternoon. I also focus on core strength, which is the foundation for any sport. Nutrition also plays an important part in an athlete’s performance and I can help guide a rider in the right direction when it comes to meal planning and ideas.
